Hells Kitchen?

I received this pic of my friends son while visiting up here in Connecticut so of course I had to scrap it. This is Drew and he is a senior in High School this year. He LOVES to cook and over the summer he attended a culinary school for a week and loved it. He will be attending a culinary institute in New York after graduation. Who knows maybe he'll show up on Hell's Kitchen some day! Go Drew!!!!!!!!!!

Back in the summer of 1979

While getting ready to head back to Connecticut I was looking through a photo album from when my son was young and came across this photo, so I just had to scrap it. It was the summer of 1979 and we were painting our house. I thought I had closed up the paint but obviously not good enough. Michael picked up the can and this was the result. LOL!

4 more days of work and then it is V A C A T I O N! woooo hoooo! We are heading up to Connecticut on Tuesday for a visit. I sure do miss all of the family up there and it will be so nice to see everyone. We are staying with our son Mike who we haven't seen since last Christmas and I can't wait to give him a big hug! I miss him so much, he always makes me laugh! Friday we'll be spending some time with my family and on Saturday my nephew and his wife are having a Luau so we'll get to see everyone on my husband's side of the family. It can't come soon enough for me!

Black and white with a touch of color . . .

This page was a little bit challenging. I wanted to show off the beautiful colors of their flowers, so I changed the background to black and white. The background was created by me in Digital Image Pro and the overlay is by Carol & Judy over at CJS scrapbooking with attitude.

Wedding Scrapbook
